The FGED Society holds a (mostly) annual scientific conference at different international venues. FGED also organizes smaller meetings to address critical issues concerning data exchange and reproducibility with selected groups that are generating large amounts of high-throughput functional genomics data.
Participation at the annual meetings is welcome from all members of the scientific community. Scientists involved in doing functional genomics experiments, data analysis, or interested in data sharing issues and standards development are particularly encouraged to participate.
- Upcoming Conferences:
- Regrettably, the FGED Society had to cancel the "Big Data and Reproducible Science for Functional Genomics" conference which had been planned for November 2015 in North Carolina. Stay tuned for information on future plans.
